Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policy

Thank you for shopping with PARS IRAN. We want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from ParsIran.ca. This Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, defective products, and warranty-related matters are handled.
By placing an order through ParsIran.ca, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Eligible Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, parts, and inserts
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
- All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items may include:
- Used rice cookers
- Used inner pots
- Glass parts
- Accessories included with the unit
- Items with food residue, water marks, scratches, dents, or signs of use
- Products missing original packaging or accessories
- Clearance, final sale, or discounted items marked as final sale
- Gift cards, if applicable
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning, or incorrect handling
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address used for the order
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
After reviewing your request, we will let you know whether your return is approved. Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from us.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. PARS IRAN is not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, a shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.
5. Inspection of Returned Items
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return conditions.
If the return is approved, we will process your refund according to the original payment method.
If the item is used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, we may refuse the refund or apply an additional deduction depending on the condition of the product.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method.
All approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. If your order received free shipping, $9.99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please allow a reasonable processing time after your return has been received and inspected. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Refunds may exclude:
- Original shipping fees
- Return shipping fees
- 25% restocking fee
- $9.99 shipping deduction for free-shipping orders
- Handling fees, if applicable
- Any deduction for missing parts, damage, or signs of use
7. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on product availability.
If you need a different size, model, or replacement item, please contact us through our Contact page. If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit where appropriate.
Approved exchanges may also be subject to inspection and return conditions.
8. Damaged Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact page. Please include your order number and clear photos of:
- The damaged product
- The outer shipping box
- The inner packaging
- Any visible damage to the item or parts
This information helps us review the issue and, when applicable, file a claim with the shipping carrier.
9. Two-Year Limited Warranty
PARS IRAN products include a Two-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only in the United States and Canada.
10. What Is Covered by the Warranty?
The warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal household use.
PARS IRAN’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
11. What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?
This warranty does not cover:
1. Damage resulting from commercial use
2. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
3. Products that have been modified in any way
4. Products used or serviced outside the country of purchase
5. Glass parts, inner pot, and other accessories included with the unit
6. Shipping and handling costs related to replacement
7. Any consequential or incidental damages
8. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect voltage, unauthorized repair, improper cleaning, incorrect handling, or failure to follow product instructions.
12. What Will We Do to Help You?
If your product is confirmed to have a defect covered by this warranty, PARS IRAN may provide a reasonably similar replacement product.
The replacement product may be either new or factory refurbished, depending on availability and the nature of the warranty claim.
13. Warranty Claim Process
To request warranty support, please contact us through our Contact page.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Product name and model, if available
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
We may ask for additional information to review the warranty claim properly.
14. Defective Products
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photos, videos, or a detailed explanation of the issue so we can review the matter properly.
If the product is confirmed to be defective and covered by the warranty, we may offer a reasonably similar replacement product that is either new or factory refurbished.
Defects caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, commercial use, unauthorized repair, product modification, improper cleaning, incorrect voltage, or failure to follow product instructions are not covered.
15. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide instructions for correction.
If the mistake was made by PARS IRAN, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as replacement, exchange, or refund.
16. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund. However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, the order must follow our regular return process.
17. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
